About Raj Das
I am Raj Das, the founder of MAED Advisory Services. My journey began over 25 years ago, and during this time, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious companies across the globe, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the ever-evolving world of corporate travel and technology.


Professional Journey
2021-2023
Navan
As the Global Head of Consulting Sales and M&E Partnerships at Navan, I led a dynamic team targeting large market and enterprise clients. My efforts resulted in a client portfolio with a managed T&E spend of over $1 billion. I was instrumental in creating and executing new go-to-market strategies, managing key supplier partnerships, and supporting the rebranding from TripActions to Navan.
2020-2021
Gett
As the VP Global Enterprise for Sales & Business Development, I designed and executed a new go-to-market strategy for the Gen10 SaaS solution. I targeted Fortune 100 clients globally and supported R&D in product design based on market feedback, securing key clients like McKinsey and Barclays.

DCS PLUS
At DCS PLUS, I served as the Global Vice President for Sales & Business Development. I created a new enterprise sales organization, opened offices globally, and achieved a 150% sales growth year over year. My strategic partnerships included industry giants like AmexGBT, Radius Travel, and Sabre

Radius Travel
As Director of Global Sales & Consulting, I achieved $100 million in sales in 2017 and developed a new consulting practice. I provided sales training to our global partner networks and worked with key clients such as Arrow, PA Consulting, and Covidien.

American Express GBT
As Director of Global Business Consulting, I transformed our product offering and led a high-performing team, growing revenue by over 30%. I secured multi-million-dollar consulting engagements with clients like McKinsey, BBC, and Shell.

Early Career
My early career included roles at American Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Melia Hotels International, City Inn Hotels, and Thistle Hotels, where I consistently exceeded sales targets and led teams to success.
Educational Background
I hold an MBA in eCommerce and Business Development from Lancaster University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in International Business and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, India.
Personal Interests
Beyond my professional life, I am an avid tennis player and marathon runner, having completed several marathons and half-marathons. These pursuits reflect my commitment to discipline, perseverance, and continuous improvement.
